I am dedicated to making your experiences at Goodwood House Of Beauty wonderful, with your appointment time being reserved solely for you. I also strive to be the very best therapist for you & invest a great deal in post-graduate education in order to stay abreast of the latest advances in the industry, in order to provide you with the best treatment options available.
“No-shows” and last minute cancellations mean that other clients don’t get the opportunity to book their treatments in those time slots. Life is hectic and sometimes you may need to change your booking, therefore I kindly request that you follow

* Appointments canceled with less than 24hr notice
WILL incur a 50% cancellation fee of the full appointment.
* ”No-Shows” will result in a FULL CHARGE of the appointment.
* Treatments booked then canceled at the appointment WILL BE CHARGED 50% of the treatment booked.
